Intricately fashioned, vintage style necklaces in pewter with Swarovski crystals and Jadite. By Sweet Romance Jewelry, made in Los Angeles.
Beat a quick path to our jewelry counters where we’re stocked with a large selection of vintage style necklaces, earrings and some great pins!
Sweet Romance Jewelry, designed by Shelley Cooper and handmade in California is also proudly showing many of these great Art Deco styled pieces in Woody Allen’s new movie “Cafe Society”.
Not only are they hard to tell on the big screen from their original inspirational period styles, but they are ALSO hard to tell when viewed on you. (Only, you won’t FIND these kinds of pieces in the old!)
Many of the necklaces are in the longer lengths which are terrific as a statement to wear with sweaters and shirts or to build layers of your favorite necklaces.
The top necklace at the left with its long, skinny pendant is an Art Deco style which is easy for anyone to wear and is a very new look for all of us.
The collection has pieces in both antiqued silver or antiqued bronze finishes. Pearls, Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones, cast and enameled details, easy to fasten clasps and classy looks are all hallmarks of Shelley’s fabulous designs.
Unbelievable prices, too! Earrings from $18.95 and necklaces $36-65.
Long necklaces with lots of style are important fashion features this fall. By Sweet Romance. And yes, that round pendant is a magnifier (we call this necklace “the menu reader”!)
Open Tuesday – Sunday 11-5
Crisp greens and soft yellows play up our favorite Honey soaps from Pre de Provence, France. Linens by April Cornell.
One day it’s a scorching 97 degrees and next it’s that mellow weather we Oregonians prefer – a few raindrops (which will quickly ‘green up’ our grasses) and cloud cover to send the kids back to school in their new outfits!
Redress your home this month with colors that speak of this seasonal change. We’ve lovely greens that make that warm to cool (and back to warm again) transition like “Nature Study” shown here by April Cornell. Jacqueline Paven of 1860 Farmhouse has just opened at Time After Time, Aurora, Oregon.
Welcome our newest addition to Time After Time! As a perfect complement to our historic 1874 Aurora Colony building in the heart of the state’s first national historic district, Jacqueline Paven’s ‘1860 Farmhouse’ will excite you with both style and inventory.
East Coast natives who have relocated to Oregon, Jacqueline and husband Bill seek out great pieces and combine them into a cohesive collection that you will want to incorporate into your own home. Tables, desks, cupboards and chairs as well as small furniture, antique pieces turned into useful storage and vintage textiles are part of this upstairs shop.
